The history and area
Hotel Lautruppark was build in 1988 in an area, that was already then, thought of as an exclusive business area, where a blend of large and small, national and international companies could establish.
Ballerup council has always worked to secure the areas aesthetics and atmosphere, by heavily sorting out in which companies could settle in the area. This work has resulted in many IT-, medical and financial companies is now running their businesses in the area.
When the hotel was built in 1988, the primary goal was to serve the locale companies employees and guests. These companies are still using the hotel in a very large scale, but throughout the last couple of years, the hotel has entered agreements with a large number of travel agencies and international operators, which has resulted in the hotel is now being visited by people from all over the world, both for pleasure and business.
In 2006 the hotel went through a major renovation and is now appearing in a modern, but warm expression. Everything from furniture, to carpets and wallpaper is new.
The rooms are all decorated with the businessman- and woman in mind, which is why good working conditions and comfort is the main focus in our guest rooms.
